All the resorts are based around golf courses, many of which are Jack Nicklaus Signature courses. If you own at a Polaris World Resort you are entitled to play at all of the six Polaris World Resorts in the area, making it one of the best golfing holiday destinations in Europe.
Facilities at Polaris World
The Resorts have extensive facilities, including supermarkets, spas, 5 star hotels, luxurious swimming pools, tennis courts, driving ranges, restaurants, bars, medical centre and one even has an International School.
The first resort to complete was Mar Menor Golf Resort. The next resort which is opening in June 2006, is La Torre Golf Resort. Others that will be following soon are El Valle, La Loma, Hacienda Riquelme and Terrazas de la Torre.
Service at Polaris World
All the resorts have broadband internet access available and switched on within 24 hours of ordering. The supermarkets offer home delivery and you can have a hire car delivered to your door. There are regular events organised on resort, including Spanish lessons and Fitness classes.
Polaris World Availability and Prices
Prices have risen by as much as 40% over the last couple of years. It is predicted the prices will continue to rise as all the golf courses are completed and rental incomes rise in all the resorts. There are frontline apartments, penthouses and villas available at a range of prices from €140,000 through to €900,000.
Costa Calida, Spain
The Costa Calida is an up and coming region of Spain, with stunning beaches and mountains. All the resorts are close to the sea and also to good transport links. La Torre Golf Resort and Mar Menor Golf Resort are only 10 minutes away from San Javier (Murcia) airport, which has daily connections a many airports acroos the United Kingdom, including the low cost airlines.
